BC Lulea’s coach Peter Oqvist allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was Croatian forward Dino Cinac (201-88) with 12 points and 9 rebounds. BC Lulea have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-3 record. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. BC Lulea will play against Umea (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. KFUM Jamtland will play against Boras Basket and hopes to get back on the winning track. The game in Umea supposed to be also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Sodertalje Kings (8-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Umea (3-12). Sodertalje Kings smashed Umea 85-55 on Wednesday. Toni Bizaca notched 28 points to lead the effort. Sodertalje Kings’ coach Vedran Bosnic felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 15 points by Gerald Williams did not help to save the game for Umea. Defending champion moved-up to fourth place. Loser Umea keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. Sodertalje Kings will meet at home league’s second-placed Norrkoping Dolphins in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Umea will play against the league’s leader BC Lulea (#1) and hope to secure a win. The game in Jamtland was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (12-4) played at the court of 6th ranked KFUM Jamtland (7-8). Norrkoping Dolphins defeated KFUM Jamtland 74-60. The best player for the winners was Dejan Jeftic who scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Norrkoping Dolphins have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 12-4 record behind leader BC Lulea. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. Norrkoping Dolphins’ next round opponent will be Sodertalje Kings (#4) on the road. KFUM Jamtland will play against Boras Basket and hope to win that game.
