Dallas Mavericks guard Deron Williams missed Game 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday because of an abdominal strain and a sports hernia, but he was in the starting lineup for Saturday’s Game 4. With 10:30 remaining in the first quarter, though, he left the game and did not return. He had aggravated the abdominal strain going after a loose ball.
