Pederson: Bradford knew about plan to draft QB

Sam Bradford wanted to be traded earlier this week, after it became clear to him and everyone else, that the Eagles traded up to No. 2 to select their next franchise quarterback. On Thursday night, shortly after 8 o’clock, commissioner Roger Goodell announced that Carson Wentz was headed to Philly. We’re guessing the development did nothing to change Bradford’s mind about wanting out of town.
Earlier this week, Bradford’s agent, Tom Condon, told ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio that the Eagles should have given his client a heads-up about their draft plans. It’s an absurd suggestion for many reasons, starting with this: Eagles coach Doug Pederson did tell Bradford that they were going to take a quarterback, according to Paolantonio.
