No ligament damage, Perez won’t go on DL

An MRI taken Sunday on Salvador Perez’s left leg showed no ligament damage, and he will not go on disabled list. But the Royals did recall Tony Cruz from Triple-A Omaha on Sunday to add catching depth.
Right-hander Peter Moylan was optioned to Omaha to make room for Cruz.
